FAQ
Common questions
What do I get?
One physical envelope a month with a letter, a mission and a few extras from the edition.
Who is it for?
For anyone who wants to receive paper letters and step out of their routine a little. No knowledge of games or challenges needed.
What language are the letters in?
Spanish, Portuguese or English: you choose when creating your account and can change it in your profile. This is separate from the language you browse the website in.
Do I have to spend money to complete the mission?
No. Missions can be adapted to your time and budget and don't require any purchases.
Where do you deliver?
Almost anywhere in the world. There are a few destinations we can't send letters to yet for logistical reasons; if that's your case, we'll tell you when you enter your address.
How much is delivery?
Nothing: delivery is included in the price for every destination we deliver to.
When does the first letter arrive?
We post it a few days after payment is confirmed and it takes 10 to 30 days to arrive, depending on the destination. Then roughly one a month.
Is there a tracking number?
No. We send by standard stamped post. You'll see the actual posting date in your account.
How do the monthly and annual plans work?
Both renew automatically until you cancel. The monthly plan is charged every month and gives you one letter per charge. The annual plan is charged once a year, at a discount, and includes 12 letters, one a month. We email you before each annual renewal.
How do I cancel?
From My account → My plan. Future charges stop and letters already paid for are still sent.
How do I change my address?
In My account → Delivery address. The change applies to upcoming letters.
What happens if a payment fails?
We'll let you know, and your account will show which charge is pending and which letter depends on it.
What if my letter doesn't arrive?
In the letter details, click "I haven't received my letter". We'll look into it.
Is there digital access?
No. Fuera de Guion is a physical product; your account shows the record of your letters.
